摘　　要：目的探讨网格化管理在军队疗养机构保健疗养护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年暑期来某中心保健疗养的疗养员100例为实验组,选取2018年暑期保健疗养的疗养员100例为对照组。实验组采用网格化管理的疗养护理模式,对照组采用常规疗养护理模式,比较实施网格化管理的疗养护理模式前后疗养满意度、疗养注意事项掌握程度及疗养护理服务缺陷发生率。结果实施网格化管理的疗养护理模式后疗养员疗养满意度评分及总满意度、疗养注意事项掌握程度评分及掌握率均明显高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,疗养护理服务缺陷发生率较实施前明显降低,差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在军队疗养机构保健疗养护理中采取网格化管理模式,能有效提高保健疗养的满意度、显著降低护理服务缺陷的发生率,进而提高保健疗养的护理质量。Objective To explore the application effect of grid management in health recuperation nursing in military recuperation institution.Methods 100 convalescents coming to a central health resort in summer vacation of 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 100 convalescents coming to a central health resort in summer vacation of 2018 were selected as the control group.The experimental group adopted the grid-managed convalescent nursing model,while the control group adopted the conventional convalescent nursing model.The convalescent satisfaction,the degree of convalescent attention and the incidence of convalescent service defects before and after the grid-managed convalescent nursing model were compared.Results The scores of convalescence satisfaction,total satisfaction,degree of convalescence attention and mastery rate of convalescents after the implementation of the recuperation nursing model were significantly higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the incidence of convalescent service defects was significantly lower than that before the implementation,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Adopting the grid management mode in health recuperation nursing in military recuperation institution can effectively improve the satisfaction degree of health care convalescence,significantly reduce the incidence of nursing service defects,and further improve the nursing quality of health care convalescence.
