摘 要:基于现有视觉航标表面色相关标准及测量技术的发展,分析视觉航标表面色检测的技术特点,根据相关技术标准中指定的范围,研究照明体的选择、标准观察条件的选择、照明观测条件的选择、检测方法的选择、对仪器指标的总体要求、荧光材料检测的特殊要求和亮度因数的检测计算几个关键技术问题,形成了可溯源、可比较的视觉航标表面色检测方法,解决了以往视觉航标表面色检测方法不统一的问题,并对检测的具体操作给出了指导。Based on the existing standards for the surface colour of visual aids to navigation(AtoN)and the current development of measurement technology,this paper analyzes the technical characteristics of the surface colour testing for visual AtoN.In accordance with the scale specified by related technical standards,this paper makes an in-depth study of several key technical issues,including the selection of the illuminant,standard observing conditions,measurement geometry,testing method and testing points,as well as the overall requirements for instrument indicators,the special requirements for fluorescent material testing and the calculation of luminance factors,forming a traceable and comparable testing method for the surface colour of visual AtoN.This method solves the inconsistency of previous testing methods and it can be served as the guidance for specific operation in future testing.
