贸易便利化对中国棉花进口贸易影响——基于“一带一路”沿线国家研究

摘　　要：中国是棉花进口大国且进口来源地较集中,其棉花市场面临着激烈的国际竞争压力。“一带一路”沿线国家和地区是全球棉花生产和贸易的集中地带,为中国棉花进口开辟了多元化的进口渠道。选取“一带一路”沿线国家中主要棉花生产国及中国棉花主要进口来源地国家为研究样本,通过构建贸易便利化评价指标体系计算各国的贸易便利化水平,运用引力模型实证分析2011-2017年“一带一路”沿线贸易便利化水平对中国棉花进口贸易的影响程度,并测算棉花进口贸易潜力。研究结果发现,各国贸易便利化水平普遍偏低,且贸易便利化水平每提高1%,中国棉花进口贸易额就会提高8.27%,其中基础设施对棉花进口贸易的影响最大。通过测算贸易潜力指数发现,中国与孟加拉国、泰国、伊朗、哈萨克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、巴基斯坦这六个国家棉花进口贸易潜力较大。China is a big cotton import country and its import source is relatively concentrated.Its cotton market is facing intense international competition pressure.The regions of the“Belt and Road”are the focus of the world’s cotton production and trade,opening up a variety of import channels for China's cotton imports.The main cotton producing countries and the main importing countries of China cotton are selected as the research samples,and the trade facilitation level of each country is calculated by constructing the evaluation index system of trade facilitation.The gravity model is used to empirically analyze the influence degree of trade facilitation level on China’s cotton import trade in the past 2011-2017 years,and then to calculate the potential of cotton import trade.The results show that the level of trade facilitation in various countries is generally low,and if the level of trade facilitation is increased by 1%,Cotton in China Import trade will increase by 8.27%,among which the infrastructure having the greatest impact on cotton imports.By measuring the trade potential index,it is found that China has great potential for cotton import trade with Bangladesh,Thailand,Iran,Kazakhstan,Tajikistan and Pakistan.
