论周作人二十世纪二三十年代对现代汉语书面语的理论贡献

摘　　要：周作人认为古文和白话文其实都是“文章语”,把白话文看作现代汉语书面语体。周作人对现代汉语书面语的理论贡献主要体现在以下几方面:(1)充分认识到白话文在词汇、文体、语言结构、句法等方面的不足;(2)提出并勾勒了他理想中的国语;(3)认识到进一步完善国语的必要性,从词语、语法、句式、修辞、韵律、表达等方面提出了具体的完善国语书面语的建议,针对欧化现象中出现的问题提出了具体的解决方案。Zhou Zuoren deemed that both classical Chinese and vernacular writing were actually“Written Language”,and he regarded vernacular writing as written style of modern Chinese.Zhou Zuoren’s theoretical contributions to written language of modern Chinese are mainly as follows.Firstly,he fully recognized the shortcomings of vernacular writing in terms of vocabulary,style,language structure,syntax,etc.Secondly,he proposed and outlined his ideal national language.Thirdly,he was aware of the necessity of the perfection of national language.From the aspects of words,grammar,sentence pattern,rhetoric,rhythm,expression,etc.,the concrete suggestion to improve the written Chinese and the concrete solution for the problems in the phenomenon of Chinese Europeanization were put forward.
