摘  要:标准是规范一个行业生产的重要标杆,其规定的指标及指标测定方法是否可行是影响一个标准能否顺利推广的关键。在制定北京市地方标准DB11/T 1640—2019《冷库系统节能监测》的基础上,对标准中规定的库内温度和能耗系数的测试与评价方法进行了可行性和适用性试验验证,总结分析了库内温度测点位置、温度采集时间间隔、制冷机组能效系数(COP)和冷库系统能耗系数评价指标的试验验证结果,为制定适用于该标准的监测及评价方法提供了技术基础。A standard is an important benchmark for standardizing the production of an industry.Whether the specified indicators and the methods for measuring the indicators are feasible is the key to the smooth promotion of a standard.Based on the formulation of Beijing Municipal Standard DB 11/T 1640—2019 Monitoring and Testing for Energy Saving of Cold Storage System,the feasibility and applicability of the test and evaluation methods for the atorage temperature and cold storage system's coefficient of energy consumption specified in the standard were verified by the test.The results of the test of the temperature measurement point location,temperature collection interval,energy efficiency coefficient of the refrigeration unit and cold storage system's coefficient of energy consumption are summarized and analyzed,which provides a technical basis for the development of monitoring and evaluation methods applicable to the standard.
