摘 要:建筑垃圾经破碎形成的再生粗骨料性能要低于天然骨料,直接影响了再生粗骨料混凝土的性能。通过水泥浆复掺稻壳灰和高岭土配制不同比例的强化液,研究了再生粗骨料混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度和耐磨性。研究结果表明:经强化后,再生粗骨料混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度及耐久性都得到不同程度的提高,当稻壳灰与高岭土的比值为3∶1时,强化效果最佳。研究成果对实际工程生产具有重要的指导意义和经济价值。The property of recycled coarse aggregate formed by construction waste is lower than natural aggregate,which directly affects the property of recycled aggregate concrete.So,the compressive strength,flexural strength and wear resistance of recycled coarse aggregate concrete were researched by adding different proportion of strengthening liquid with cement paste and rice husk ash and kaolin.The results show that after compressing,the compressive strength,flexural strength and durability of recycled coarse aggregate concrete are improved to some extent.When the ratio of rice husk ash to kaolin is 3∶1,the strengthening effect the optimum performance of the recycled concrete was improved after the maturing of the rice hull and kaolin.The research results have important guiding significance and economic value for the actual engineering production.
