摘 要:张弦梁结构以其结构受力合理,大跨度,建筑造型优美且施工快捷简单等优点受到越来越多的关注。针对亚投行项目张弦梁结构刚度弱,吊装风险高,张拉精度要求高等难点,通过采用大跨度张弦梁结构集中胎架拼装、双塔机抬吊、分级张拉技术,实现了施工模拟分析结果与张弦梁吊装、张拉过程中索力与结构变形基本相符,确保了张弦梁施工过程中结构安全,集中胎架拼装、分级张拉保证了拼装质量和安装精度,加快了施工进度,节约了施工成本,为大跨度张弦梁结构施工技术方面积累了施工经验。Beam string structure gains more and more attentions due to its reasonable structural force,wide span,beautiful appearance,fast and convenient construction.Considering the difficulties of beam string structure,such as weak rigidity,high lifting risk and high requirement for stretching accuracy,etc.,concentrated jib assembly,double tower cranes lifting and graded stretching techniques for wide-span beam string structure were adopted to successfully realize accordance between the simulation analysis results and string force and structure deformation during beam string lifting and stretching,and to guarantee structural safety during beam string construction.Concentrated jig assembly and graded stretching guaranteed the assembly quality and installation accuracy,quickening the construction schedule,saving construction cost and accumulating experiences in construction of wide span beam string structure.
