摘　　要：北京冬奥村项目由多栋钢结构建筑组成,主要介绍了北京冬奥村项目钢结构的施工过程及关键施工技术。首先依据工程调度需要和空间布置合理性,有效地规划了施工平面布置;其次通过合理的单元划分制定钢结构的整体安装过程,自下而上有序施工。重点对钢柱、钢梁、钢板剪力墙的施工关键技术进行了阐述。整体施工过程安排合理,同时具有安全性和经济性,可作为同类钢结构建筑群的施工提供参考。Beijing winter Olympic village project is composed of many steel structure buildings.The construction process and key construction technology of the steel structure of Beijing winter Olympic village project are introduced.Firstly,according to the engineering scheduling needs and the rationality of space arrangement,the construction layout is effectively planned.Secondly,the overall installation process of the steel structure is formulated through reasonable unit division,and the construction is orderly from bottom to top.The key construction techniques of steel column,steel beam and steel plate shear wall are expounded.The overall construction process is reasonably arranged with safety and economy,which can be used as a reference for the construction of similar steel structures.
