摘 要:以四甲基-4-H(2,2)-2-甲氧基异邻苯二甲酰胺-四噻唑啉起始原料,合成了一种新型镧系元素穴状有机配体四甲基-胺基-L-赖氨酸-H(2,2)-羟基间苯二甲酰胺,与Tb 3+连接制备了双功能螯合剂Tb^3+■四甲基-胺基-L-赖氨酸-H(2,2)-羟基间苯二甲酰胺[Tb^3+■Lay-BH(2,2)IMA]。荧光性质研究表明:Tb^3+■Lay-BH(2,2)IMA的激发波长范围是325~375nm,最大激发波长为357 nm;发射波长范围为525~575nm,最大发射波长为543 nm;特征峰位于487 nm(5D4-7F5),543 nm(5D4-7F4),581~586 nm(5D4-7F3),619 nm(5D4-7F2),658 nm(5D4-7F1),斯托克斯位移为186 nm,荧光寿命1018μs,量子产率24.7%。Teramethyl-4-H(2,2)-2-methoxyisophthalamide-tetrathiazoline was used as starting material,a novel hole like organic ligand,tetramethyl amino L-lysine-H(2,2)-hydroxyl-m-benzenedi-carbonamide,which was more suitable for lanthanide binding,was synthesized.The organic bifunctional chelating agent Tb^3+teramethy-amino-L-lysine-H(2,2)-hydroxyl isophthalamide{Tb^3+■Lay-BH(2,2)IMA}was synthesized by linking with Tb^3+.The results showed that the maximum excitation wavelength range was 325~375nm,and the maximu of excitation wavelength was 357 nm.The maximum emission wavelength range was 525~575nm and the maximum emission was 543 nm,the characteristic peak was 487 nm(5D 4-7F 5),543 nm(5D 4-7F 4),581~586 nm(5D 4-7F 3),619 nm(5D 4-7F 2),658 nm(5D 4-7F 1),and the Stokes shift was 186 nm fluorescence lifetime 1018μs,the quantum yield was 14.7%.
