摘 要:以亚氨基二乙酸为螯合剂,采用配位法在热固性酚醛树脂中引入Co离子,通过热失重(TGA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等表征对Co改性的酚醛树脂进行分析。FT-IR发现Co离子以配位键方式成功地引入到了树脂结构中;XPS发现酚醛树脂中存在配位结构;TGA发现酚醛树脂经过改性后的热稳定性明显提高;SEM发现通过Co改性的方式,树脂在结构中排布更加紧密。Co改性后的酚醛树脂其固含量和残炭率均有明显提高,分别达到87.19%和52.68%。With iminodiacetic acid as condensing agent,cobalt ions were introduced into thermosetting phenolic resin through coordination reaction.The structure of the resin was characterized by FT-IR,XPS,TGA,SEM,etc.The result of FT-IR showed that the cobalt ions were successfully introduced into the resin structure in the form of a coordination bond.The result of XPS demonstrated that carboxylic acid ions in chelating agent formed a coordination structure with the center cobalt ions.The oxygen atom of the phenolic hydroxyl group in the resin had coordination reaction with the cobalt ion,while the nitrogen atom in the imino group did not participate in the coordination reaction.The result of TGA illustrated that the heat stability of resin which was modified by cobalt ions was obviously improved than the unmodified resin.The result of SEM proved that the configuration of the resin was more close in the structure through the cobalt ion modification.The solid content and residual carbon ratio of the modified phenolic resin significantly increased,reaching 87.19%and 52.68%respectively.
