摘　　要：作为天然皮革的优良替代品,聚氨酯合成革具有价格低廉、原料广泛、品种多样及风格迥异等优势。但是将聚氨酯合成革作为标签革使用时,其往往表现出较差的烙印变色性能,此缺陷一直困扰着研究者。较差的烙印变色性能会严重影响着标签革焦感及展色等,从而进一步影响着人们的使用。本文系统的介绍了烙印变色PU树脂的配方设计、合成及对其进行革用性能的评价。相较于市场上现有的烙印变色类的PU树脂,本文所设计的PU树脂具有更好的焦感及展色性,并且合成工艺简单、价格低廉具有较高的市场竞争优势。As an excellent substitute for natural leather,polyurethane synthetic leather has the advantages of low price,wide range of raw materials,diverse varieties and different styles.However,when polyurethane synthetic leather is used as label leather,it often shows poor branding and discoloration performance,which has always puzzled researchers.Poor brand discoloration will seriously affect the scorch and color development of label leather,thus further affecting people's use.This paper systematically introduces the formulation design,synthesis and leather performance evaluation of the branded color-changing PU resin.Compared with the existing branded color-changing PU resin in the market,the PU resin designed in this paper has better scorch sense and color development,simple synthesis process,low price and higher market competitive advantage.
