替米沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗高血压心力衰竭临床疗效及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的分析替米沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗高血压心力衰竭临床疗效及不良反应。方法63例高血压心力衰竭患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(32例)和对照组(31例)。两组患者均给予吸氧、抗感染、利尿及纠正水电解质等常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予替米沙坦治疗,研究组给予替米沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血压及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率93.75%明显低于对照组的70.97%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组舒张压与收缩压均低于治疗前,且研究组舒张压与收缩压分别为(85.36±3.57)、(135.59±7.91)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),明显低于对照组的(95.49±7.31)、(144.33±7.59)mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为9.38%,略低于对照组的12.90%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对高血压心力衰竭患者采用替米沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗,可改善患者血压水平,且不良反应少,安全性高,还能提升临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of telmisartan combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of hypertension and heart failure.Methods A total of 63 patients with hypertension and heart failure were divided into research group(32 cases)and control group(31 cases)by random numerical table.Both groups of patients were given conventional treatments such as oxygen inhalation,anti-infection,diuresis,and correction of water and electrolytes.On this basis,the control group was treated by telmisartan,and the research group was treated by telmisartan combined with bisoprolol.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.75%of the research group was obviously higher than that of the control group 70.97%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the research group were(85.36±3.57)and(135.59±7.91)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),which were obviously lower than those of the control group(95.49±7.31)and(144.33±7.59)mm Hg,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was 9.38%,which was a little lower than that of the control group 12.90%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Telmisartan combined with bisoprolol can improve the blood pressure level of patients with hypertension and heart failure,with less adverse reactions and high safety,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
