健康体检农村育龄妇女对盆底康复认知与需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨健康体检农村育龄妇女针对盆底康复表现出的需求以及认知情况。方法80例健康体检农村育龄妇女作为研究对象,针对其盆底康复表现出的需求以及认知情况合理应用自制调查表完成评估工作,最终就需求情况以及认知情况展开对应性统计。结果健康体检农村育龄妇女对于盆底康复需求主要集中于内容需求以及指导方式两方面。内容需求中,盆底锻炼需求33例,疾病知识需求28例,预防方法需求24例,生活注意事项需求19例;指导方式中,医护宣教需求47例,宣传资料需求36例,健康讲座需求19例,电话随访需求12例,病友交流需求11例。于盆底康复认知中,以盆底功能障碍性疾病症状认知方面表现出最高比例,为36.25%(29/80);之后依次为盆腔脏器脱垂、压力性尿失禁、盆腔痛以及膀胱过度活动症等,以手术表现出较低认知度,为1.25%(1/80)。结论对于健康体检农村育龄妇女而言,其针对盆底康复表现出较高需求,呈现出较低认知程度,对此医护人员需要充分加强妇女健康教育、心理指导以及盆底锻炼力度。Objective To discuss the cognition and requirement for pelvic floor rehabilitation in physical examination of women of child-bearing age in rural area.Methods There were 80 cases of physical examination of women of child-bearing age in rural area as study subjects.The self-made questionnaires were used to complete the assessment work,and the corresponding statistics were finally carried out on the requirement and cognition.Results The requirement of rural women of childbearing age for pelvic floor rehabilitation mainly focus on content requirement and guidance methods.Among the content requirement,33 cases required for pelvic floor exercise,28 cases required for disease knowledge,24 cases required for prevention methods,and 19 cases required for life precautions.In guidance methods,47 cases required for medical education and propaganda,36 cases required for publicity materials,and 19 required for health lectures,12 cases required for telephone follow-up and 11 cases required for patient communication.In the cognition of pelvic floor rehabilitation,the symptoms cognition of pelvic floor dysfuntion disease showed the highest propotion as 36.25%(29/80)followed by prolapse of pelvic organs,stress urinary incontinence,pelvic pain and overactivity of bladder,and patients showed low recognition in operation as 1.25%(1/80).Conclusion For physical examination of women of child-bearing age in rural area,they have a high requirement and a low degree of cognition for pelvic floor rehabilitation,for which the medical staff should fully strengthen the health education,psychological guidance and pelvic floor exercise.
