摘　　要：建设项目环境保护自主验收时代的开启对企业是个巨大的挑战。以自验政策和技术规范为基础,全面阐述了企业或技术机构开展自主验收的要点和难点,分析了常见的问题如验收自查的实施、验收范围的确定、执行标准的选择、监测工况的确定、环境监测质量的保证等,并分验收准备、验收监测、后续工作三个阶段,提出了需要注意的事项。从而确保企业自验的合法性、有效性、规范性,真正达到环保验收的目的,全面履行环保自主验收的主体责任。The self-acceptance of environmental protection for completed construction project is a great challenge for enterprises.Based on the self-acceptance policy and technical specifications,the main points and difficulties of environmental protection self-acceptance by enterprises or technical institutions were stated,and common problems were analysed such as implementation of self-examination,determination of self-acceptance scope,selection of executive standards,determination of working conditions,quality of environmental monitoring,etc.Problems needing attention was put forward in three stages of preparation,monitoring and follow-up work.So as to ensure the legality,validity and standardization of enterprise self-test,and achieve the purpose of self-acceptance,and truly fulfill the main responsibility of independent acceptance of environmental protection.
