外科严重创伤急救中一体化创伤急救模式的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究针对外科严重创伤急救采用一体化创伤急救模式的应用效果。方法62例严重创伤患者,通过自愿分配原则将其分为对照组与研究组,各31例。对照组患者采取常规急救模式治疗,研究组采用一体化创伤急救模式进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗时间相关指标及抢救成功率。结果研究组患者的检查时间、手术时间、住院时间分别为(35.89±12.73)min、(64.27±15.65)min、(15.87±1.89)d,均短于对照组的(48.25±12.36)min、(77.21±10.13)min、(17.19±1.24)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的抢救成功率93.54%高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一体化创伤急救模式治疗方式,可以有效缩短患者的检查、治疗及住院时间,对患者的抢救成功率提升有极大的帮助,推荐使用。Objective To study the practical effect of integrated emergency trauma pattern in emergency of severe traumas in surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients with severe traumas were divided into control group and research group according to the principle of voluntary distribution,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional emergency pattern,and the research group received integrated emergency trauma pattern.The treatment time related indicators and success rate of rescue of the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results The examination time,surgery time and hospitalization time of the research group were(35.89±12.73)min,(64.27±15.65)min and(15.87±1.89)d respectively,which were all shorter than those of the control group(48.25±12.36)min,(77.21±10.13)min and(17.19±1.24)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of rescue 93.54%of the research group was higher than that of the control group 74.19%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated emergency trauma pattern can effectively shorten examination,surgery and hospitalization time of patients,which is of great help to improve the success rate of rescue of patients and is recommended for application.
