综合护理干预对疑似肺结核患者转诊依从性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究综合护理干预对疑似肺结核患者转诊依从性的影响。方法266例疑似肺结核患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组133例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组应用综合护理。比较两组患者的转诊依从性与护理满意度。结果观察组患者总依从率76.69%高于对照组的53.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度93.98%高于对照组的76.69%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以提高疑似肺结核患者的转诊依从性,患者护理满意度较高,推荐在临床中广泛的应用。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance of referral of suspected tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 266 cases of suspected tuberculosis patients were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 133 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The compliance of referral and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate 76.69%of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 53.38%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing 93.98%of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 76.69%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the compliance of referral of suspected tuberculosis patients and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
