摘 要:以云烟97变异株腋芽为外植体,研究不同培养基对云烟97变异株组织培养的效应。结果表明,初代培养基MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L分化成芽率高达75%;初代培养基MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L,继代培养基MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L分化成芽率高达77%;初代培养基MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L,继代培养基MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L分化成芽率高达76%。故利用植物快繁技术培养云烟97时,要根据初代培养基选择相应的继代培养基。Axillary buds of Yunyan 97 mutant were used as explants to study the effects of different media on axillary buds formation of Yunyan 97 mutant.Results showed that the bud formation rate in the initial medium:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L was up to 75%;in the initial medium:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L and the subculture medium:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L reached 77%;in the initial medium:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L and subculture medium:MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L reached76%.It is suggested to select corresponding subculture medium based on initial medium to culture Yunyan 97 by rapid propagation technology.
