抗感染治疗对急诊外科创伤手术切口感染的预防效果观察

摘　　要：目的通过对比急诊外科创伤手术进行的同时给予抗感染治疗与常规消毒清创处理后感染的发生情况,探究抗感染治疗在急诊外科创伤手术切口感染中的预防效果。方法180例外科创伤需手术治疗的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组90例。对照组患者进行常规消毒清创处理,实验组患者在对照组基础上给予抗感染治疗。比较两组患者治疗后切口愈合情况、感染情况以及满意度。结果实验组患者1级愈合率78.9%高于对照组的55.6%,3级愈合率3.3%低于对照组的22.2%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的感染率5.6%低于对照组的27.8%,满意度92.2%高于对照组的80.0%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊外科创伤手术患者应给予抗感染治疗,可有效预防术后感染的发生,提高患者切口愈合质量和满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of anti-infection treatment on the prevention of incision infection in emergency surgery by comparing occurrence of infection with anti-infective treatment and conventional disinfection and debridement treatment.Methods A total of 180 patients who need surgical treatment in emergency department were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received conventional disinfection and debridement,and the experimental group received anti-infection treatment on the basis of the control group.The incision healing,infection and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The level 1 healing rate 78.9%of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 55.6%,level 3 healing rate 3.3%was lower than that of the control group 22.2%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection rate 5.6%of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and satisfaction degree 92.2%was higher than that of the control group 80.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti-infection treatment in incision infection of emergency surgery can effectively prevent postoperative infection and improve the quality and satisfaction of incision healing.
