摘 要:进行了Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.5V-0.3Ti压铸镁合金常规压铸和基于PID参数模糊自整定的压铸试验对比和分析。结果表明:和常规压铸合金相比,基于PID参数模糊自整定的试验合金抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别增大了25 MPa、19 MPa、0.1%,腐蚀电位正移了23 m V,耐腐蚀性能和显微组织均得到改善和提升。PID参数模糊自整定有助于提高Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.5V-0.3Ti镁合金的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。The comparison and analysis between conventional die casting of Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.5V-0.3 Ti die casting magnesium alloy and experimental die casting based on fuzzy self-tuning of PID parameters were carried out.The results show that compared with those of the conventional die casting alloy,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation after fracture of the experimental alloy based on fuzzy self-tuning of PID parameters are increased by 25 MPa,19 MPa,0.1%,the corrosion potential is positively shifted by 23 m V,and the corrosion resistance and microstructure of the alloy are improved.Fuzzy self-tuning of PID parameters is helpful to improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.5V-0.3 Ti magnesium alloy.
