摘 要:采用不同的变形温度和变形速率进行了机械筋板用AZ80合金等温锻造,并进行了显微组织和力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随锻造温度从330℃增大到430℃、变形速率从1 mm/s增大到5 mm/s,合金的组织均先细化后粗化,强度均先提高后下降。合适的锻造温度(380℃)和变形速率(3 mm/s)有利于提高合金的力学性能。当锻造温度380℃时,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度均最大,与330℃锻造相比分别增大24、36 MPa,较430℃锻造时分别增大18、25 MPa。当变形速率3 mm/s时,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度均最大,与1 mm/s变形速率锻造相比分别增大33、42 MPa,与5 mm/s变形速率锻造相比分别增大15、21 MPa。Isothermal forging of AZ80 alloy mechanical rid plates was carried out at different deformation temperatures and deformation rates.The microstructure and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of forging temperature from 330℃to 430℃and deformation rate from 1 mm/s to 5 mm/s,the microstructure of the alloy is refined first and then coarsened,and the strength increases first and then decreases.Suitable forging temperature(380℃)and deformation rate(3 mm/s)are beneficial to improve the mechanical properties of the alloy.When the forging temperature is 380℃,the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy are the highest,which increase by 24 and 36 MPa respectively,compared with those at 330℃forging;and increase by 18 and 25 MPa respectively,compared with those at430℃forging.When the deformation rate is 3 mm/s,the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy are maximum,which increase by 33 and 42 MPa respectively,compared with those at 1 mm/s deformation rate forging;and increase by 15 and 21 MPa respectively,compared with those at 5 mm/s deformation rate forging.
