摘  要:采用有限元方法分析了不同裂纹长度的紧凑拉伸试样(1/2CT)中电场的分布特点,研究了不同接线点位置对监测裂纹扩展过程中的信号强度、灵敏度和测量误差的影响规律。结果表明,在电流输入输出点位于圆孔中轴线中点在侧边上的投影位置,电位差测量点在样品缺口嘴部时,获得的电位差信号强度适中,灵敏度最高,误差最小,是CT试样在直流电位降(DCPD)监测裂纹扩展试验中最合适的接线点位置。电位差测量点在样品缺口嘴部时,在厚度方向上移动焊点位置对数据几乎没有影响。实验测量结果与模型预测结果一致。The electric field distribution characteristic of 1/2 compact test(CT)specimen with different crack lengths was analyzed based on the finite element method.The influence laws of different wiring points on signal strengths,sensitivities and measurement errors in monitoring crack propagation were studied.The results show current in input and output points is located projection on the side of the middle point of central axis of the circular hole,the measurement point of the potential difference is located at the mouth of the sample notch,the obtained potential difference signal has moderate intensity,the highest sensitivity and the smallest error.The high signal intensity,moderate sensitivity and smallest error can be obtained with this wiring position.This position is most suitable wiring point for CT specimen in monitoring crack growth test by DC potential drop(DCPD).When the potential difference measurement point is located at the notch of the sample,the position of the moving of welding spot along the thickness direction has little effect on the data.The experimental measurement results are consistent with the model prediction results.
