摘  要:某核电项目蒸汽发生器制造期间,发生了传热管封口焊管孔熔损,该问题为国内首次出现,此时返修不能进行焊后热处理。提出一种免热处理的焊接返修工艺,即回火焊道修复,通过对修复工艺的研究,成功完成了回火焊道焊接修复试验。结果表明,焊缝成型良好,无损检测合格,热影响区组织性能满足技术要求。During the manufacture of a nuclear power project steam generator,the heat transfer tube seal welding hole melted,which occurred for the first time in China,and post-weld heat treatment was not acceptable for repair under this condition.A welding repair process without heat treatment was proposed,namely tempering weld bead repair.Through the research on the repair process,the tempering weld bead repair test was successfully completed.The results show that welding quality is good,the non-destructive test is qualified,and the microstructure and performance of HAZ meet technical requirements.
