摘　　要：我国的患者社群正在快速产生、迅猛发展。本文基于对我国患者社群在常规环境下社会功能的分析,结合患者社群在新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)肺炎疫情中的活动,对于患者社群在此次疫情中的社会功能进行了介绍和梳理。提出:在此次新冠肺炎疫情中患者社群为患者提供了医疗-心理-社会多层次的支持,在未来可以为新冠肺炎疫情后的长期应对发挥巨大而不可替代的作用,进而为社会治理尤其是新冠肺炎疫情应对体系的建设做出贡献。The patient communities in China are emerging and developing rapidly.Based on analysis of the existing social functions of patient communities in China under the ordinary context,combined with the activities of patient communities during the“COVID-19”epidem ics,the social functions of patient communities in public health emergencies were introduced and sorted out.Patient communities can provide medical-psychological-social support for patients in public health em ergencies,which can play an important and irreplaceable role in the long-term response after the public health em ergencies,and contribute to social governance,especially the response system for public health emergencies.
