废弃白泥制备高品质DOTP增塑剂的新工艺研究

摘　　要：经过酸处理,pH在3.8左右的废弃白泥,以摩尔比为1∶3和2-乙基己醇为主要原料,原料总质量1%的钛酸四丁酯为催化剂,220℃下进行酯化反应,之后通过中和水洗、脱醇和脱色三步反应制得环保增塑剂DOTP。不仅解决了废弃物白泥的治理问题,而且变废为宝,得到的产物DOTP被列为无毒增塑剂应用在PVC制品的主要添加剂中。The environmental friendly plasticizer DOTP was prepared by using waste white clay with pH around 3.8 after being treated with acid,and 2-ethylhexanol with a molar ratio of 1∶3 and 1%tetrabutyl titanate as the catalyst through four steps include esterification,neutralization,dealcoholization and decolorization.By this way,not only can the problem be solved about how to treat the white clay,but the waste can be turned into treasure.The yielded product DOTP is thus listed as one of non-toxic plasticizers as the main additive of PVC products.
