摘 要:以六氟异丙醇、丙烯酸羟乙酯和受阻酚AO1010为主要原料,制备了一种大分子抗氧剂,通过红外光谱对其化学结构进行了确认。采用动态力学分析仪、接触角测定仪和万能材料试验机对该乳胶膜阻尼性能、表面性能及老化前后的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:所制的大分子抗氧剂具有一定的抗热氧老化作用,在同样的老化条件下,表现出不同于常规丙烯酸酯的老化行为;DMA数据显示,该大分子抗氧剂同时具有较好的阻尼性能,其阻尼温域十分宽泛,为-83.76~200.00℃。氟结构的引入提升了乳胶膜的疏水性,对水接触角最大为84.46°。In this paper,hexafluoroisopropanol,hydroxyethyl acrylate and hindered phenol AO1010 were used as the main raw materials to prepare a macromolecular antioxidant.Its chemical structure was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy.Then,a dynamic mechanical analyzer,a contact angle tester and a universal material testing machine were used to test the damping properties,surface properties and mechanical properties of such antioxidant’s latex film before and after aging.The results show that the prepared macromolecular antioxidant has a certain anti-oxidative effect,and under the same aging conditions,it shows different aging behaviors compared with conventional acrylates.And the DMA data shows that the macromolecular antioxidant has a better damping performance with a wide temperature range of-83.76-200.00℃.The introduction of fluorine structure also improves the hydrophobicity of the latex film with the maximum contact angle to water reaching up to 84.46°.
