季戊四醇己二酸酯的合成及在PVC钙锌热稳定剂中的应用

摘　　要：合成了季戊四醇己二酸酯,FTIR和DSC法测试表明合成的季戊四醇己二酸酯熔点更低,相变焓更小;在PVC钙锌热稳定剂中使用时,静态热稳定性与季戊四醇相当,动态热稳定性更优,同时具有一定的外润滑性。In this study,adipic adic pentaerythritol ester is synthesized and its melting point is lower and the enthalpy of phase change is smaller shown by the FTIR and DSC tests.When used in PVC calcium-zinc heat stabilizers,the static thermal stability of this synthesized ester is equivalent to pentaerythritol,while its dynamic thermal stability is better,and it has certain external lubricity.
