摘  要:选取企业生产的经环氧乙烷灭菌的一次性使用口腔器械盒作为样品,采用顶空气相色谱法对器械盒中不同塑料组件的环氧乙烷残留量进行检测,同时考察不同组件残留情况。结果显示,检测方法的最低检出限0.2μg/g,在5~50μg/g之间线性范围良好,相关系数r为0.9998,精密度为3.25%。该方法具有快速、方便、灵敏度高等优点,适合于一次性口腔器械盒中环氧乙烷残留的快速测定。同一器械盒中,不同材料组件环氧乙烷残留含量不同,所以在样品检测环氧乙烷残留量时合理选择取样部位,对样品的检测结果至关重要。In this paper,disposable dental instrument boxes sterilized by ethylene oxide produced by a certain enterprise is selected as samples,and the ethylene oxide residues of different plastic components in the instrument boxs are detected by headspace gas chromatography.The results show that the detection limits of ethylene oxide is 0.2μg/g,and the linearity for the determination of ethylene oxide is found in the ranges of 5-50μg/g,the linear correlation r is 0.9998,and the relative standard deviation is 3.25%.The GC-FID method is rapid,simple and accurate,thus suitable for rapid determination of ethylene oxide residue in the disposable dental instrument box.The results show that the ethylene oxide residues of different components with different materials are very different in the same instrument box,so it is essential for the test results of samples that the sampling position should be selected reasonably when the ethylene oxide residues are detected.
