摘 要:携带污染是生化检测误差的明确来源之一,其带来的错误结果可能给患者医疗结局带来不良影响。几十年来,自动生化分析仪制造商通过改进系统设计、更新材料,不断尝试降低携带污染,但是挑战依然存在。中华医学会检验医学分会生化学组组织专家,制定了《生化分析仪携带污染的分析评估及处理方法专家共识》,总结了生化分析仪携带污染的来源和特点,提供了携带污染的评估程序和方法,并重点介绍了常用的携带污染的解决方案,用以指导实验室工作人员正确识别、评估携带污染,有效降低由于携带污染带来的结果偏差对患者诊疗的影响。Carryover is one of the significant source of errors in clinical chemistry measurement,which may contribute to the negative consequence on patient outcomes.For decades,while manufactures of automated biochemical analyzer have been trying to reduce carryover by improving system design and updating materials,but challenges still exist.The Clinical Chemistry Task Forceof Chinese Society of Laboratory Medicine organized experts to formulate the expert consensus on the assessment and treatment of the carryover of biochemical analyzer.In this consensus the source and characteristics of the carryover were summarized,the evaluation procedures and methods of carryover were provided,and the common solution for carryover were emphasized,to guide the laboratory staff to properly identify and assess the carryover,and to effectively reduce the influence of the result error on the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
