摘 要:目的探讨外周血循环内皮细胞水平与低氧血症新生儿缺氧程度的相关性.方法将50例低氧血症新生儿设为低氧血症组,根据新生儿的氧合指数分为重度组、中度组与轻度组,将25名健康新生儿设为对照组.测定低氧血症组与对照组新生儿的外周血内皮细胞数量,比较不同程度低氧血症新生儿外周血内皮细胞数量.结果 低氧血症组外周血含有内皮细胞,对照组无内皮细胞.低氧血症组内皮细胞数量显著多于对照组(P<0.01).重度组新生儿内皮细胞数量显著多于中度组与轻度组(P<0.01),中度组新生儿内皮细胞数量显著多于轻度组(P<0.01).外周血循环内皮细胞数量与低氧血症新生儿的缺氧程度呈显著正相关(P<0.05).结论外周血循环内皮细胞水平与低氧血症新生儿的缺氧程度呈显著正相关,可作为临床上早期诊断低氧血症的指标之一.Objective To explore the correlation between the level of peripheral blood circulating endothelial cells and the degree of hypoxia in neonates with hypoxemia.Methods 50 neonates with hypoxemia were set as the hypoxemia group,and they were divided into severe group,moderate group and mild group according to the neonatal oxygenation index,and 25 healthy newborns were set as the control group.The number of peripheral blood endothelial cells of the neonates in the hypoxemia group and the control group was determined,and the number of peripheral blood endothelial cells in the neonates of different degrees of hypoxemia was compared.Results The peripheral blood of hypoxemia group contained endothelial cells,while the control group had no endothelial cells.The number of endothelial cells in the hypoxemia group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The number of neonatal endothelial cells in severe group was significantly higher than that in moderate group and mild group(P<0.01),and the number of neonatal endothelial cells in moderate group was significantly higher than that in mild group(P<0.01).The number of circulating endothelial cells in peripheral blood was significantly positively correlated with the degree of hypoxia in neonates with hypoxemia(P<0.05).Conclusions The level of peripheral blood circulating endothelial cells is significantly positively correlated with the degree of hypoxia in neonates with hypoxemia,which can be used as one of the indicators for early diagnosis of hypoxemia in the clinic.
