摘　　要：目的探讨编辑的心理健康状况,为提高其心身健康水平及出版物质量提供依据.方法制定文献纳入标准和剔除标准,以编辑、心理健康、心理为检索词,在万方数据知识服务平台、中国期刊全文数据库(中国知网)、中文科技期刊数据库进行文献检索,收集有关编辑心理健康状况的文献资料.由2名调查人员分别独立地进行文献检索及数据提取工作,之后对相关数据进行分析整理.结果 最终共纳入7篇文献,共722名编辑.本组编辑中检出阳性症状224名,检出率为31.0%;阳性症状检出率排名前4位的依次为强迫症状(26.7%)、人际关系敏感(21.3%)、抑郁(19.9%)、躯体化(19.8%).325名编辑检出中度以上心理问题42例,检出率为12.9%;各症状检出率排名前3的依次为强迫症状、敌对、躯体化.结论31.0%的编辑处于心理亚健康状态,应对其予以有针对性的干预提高其心理健康水平.Objective To explore the mental health status of editors,and to provide basis for improving their mental and physical health and the quality of publication quality.Methods The inclusion and exclusion criteria of meta analysis were established,using editor,mental health and psychology as search terms.Document searched in Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,Chinese Journal Full-text Database(China Knowledge Network),Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database.Collect literature about editors'mental health.2 investigators independently conducted literature search and data extraction,and then analyzed and sorted out related data.Results Finally,7 articles were included,and with 722 editors.Among the editors,224 positive symptoms were detected in this group,and the detection rate was 31.0%.The top four positive symptom detection rates were compulsive symptoms(26.7%),interpersonal relationship sensitivity(21.3%),depression(19.9%)and somatization(19.8%).Among the 325 editors,42 cases of psychological problems above moderate level were detected,with a detection rate of 12.9%.The top three detection rates for each symptom were obsessive-compulsive,hostile,and somatization.Conclusions 31.0%of editors are in mental sub-health state,and targeted intervention should be given to improve their mental health.
