摘　　要：目的探讨个性化康复护理联合音乐疗法对重症肺炎合并多脏器功能衰竭患者疗效的影响.方法将60例重症肺炎合并多脏器功能衰竭患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组30例.两组均给予个性化康复护理进行干预,研究组联合音乐疗法进行干预,观察住院全程.干预前后采用焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评定两组的焦虑抑郁情绪,比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率及临床症状恢复时间.结果 干预后两组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前显著下降(P<0.05或0.01),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05).研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、体温恢复时间及心率恢复时间均显著早于对照组(P<0.01).两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论个性化康复护理联合音乐疗法能有效缓解重症肺炎合并多脏器功能衰竭患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用.Objective To explore the effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing combined with music therapy on the patients with severe pneumonia complicated with multiple organ failure.Methods Accord­ing to the random number table method,60 patients with severe pneumonia complicated with multiple or­gan failure were divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The two groups were given individualized rehabilitation nursing for intervention,and the experimental group was combined with music therapy for intervention,and the whole hospitalization was observed.Before and after the intervention,anxiety and depression were assessed by SAS and SDS,and the clinical efficacy,complication rate and recovery time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower than thovse be­fore intervention(P<0.05 or 0.01),and the scores in the experimental group were more significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the time of cough disappearance,lung rales disappearance,temperature recovery and heart rate recovery were significantly earlier than those of the control group(F<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications be­tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Personalized rehabilitation nursing combined with music therapy can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with severe pneumonia complicated with multiple organ failure,and improve the clinical efficacy.Therefore,it is worth popularizing and applying.
