自制复合层状止血冰盐袋压迫止血法在血液透析颈内静脉导管护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制复合层状止血冰盐袋压迫止血法在血液透析颈内静脉导管护理中的应用效果.方法将100例终末期肾病患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例.观察组给予自制复合层状止血冰盐袋压迫止血,对照组给予单纯生理盐水袋压迫止血,比较两组出血量及压迫止血时间,比较两组患者的护理满意度及并发症发生率.结果 观察组出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.01),压迫止血时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01).观察组护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01).结论将自制复合层状止血冰盐袋压迫止血法应用于血液透析颈内静脉导管护理中,能有效减少患者出血量,缩短压迫止血时间,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率.Objective To explore the application effect of self-made composite layered hemostatic ice-salt bag compression and hemostatic method in nursing of jugular venous catheter in hemodialysis.Methods 100 patients with end-stage renal disease were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients in each group.The observation group was given composite layered hemostatic ice-salt bag to compress the hemostasis,and the control group was given a normal saline bag to compress it.Compare the bleeding volume and compression time of the two groups,and compare the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The bleeding volume of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the time of compression and hemostasis was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions In the nursing of hemodialysis catheter placement for kidney disease,the self-made composite layered hemostatic ice-salt bag can effectively reduce the patient's bleeding volume,shorten the compression hemostasis time,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
