农业社会化服务与农业现代化耦合协调发展研究——以新疆为例

摘　　要：农业社会化服务是农业现代化发展的基础保障,实现农业现代化也是农业社会化服务的终极目标,鉴于两者之间互相影响、互为因果的关系。首先分析了农业社会化服务与农业现代化协调发展的机理,然后构建了两个系统的耦合协调测算模型,并利用新疆样本期的时间序列数据进行了实证分析。结果表明,样本期间,新疆整体上农业社会化服务与农业现代化都得到了稳定发展,农业社会化服务发展水平在曲折中不断上升,农业现代化发展水平呈现持续快速上升特征;两个系统间的耦合互动效应非常明显,长期处于高水平的耦合阶段;两个系统的耦合协调度一直处于低度协调阶段,但是耦合协调度呈逐年上升趋势,已经从严重失调阶段发展到轻度失调阶段。Agricultural socialization services are the basic guarantee for the development of agricultural modernization.Realizing agricultural modernization is also the ultimate goal of agricultural socialization services.In view of the mutual influence and causal relationship between them.The article first analyzes the mechanism of the coordinated development of agricultural socialization services and agricultural modernization,and then builds a coupling and coordination calculation model of the two systems,and uses Xinjiang time series data of sample period for empirical analysis.The results show that Xinjiang’s overall agricultural socialization services and agricultural modernization have developed steadily.The development level of agricultural socialization services has continued to rise,and the level of agricultural modernization development has continued to rise rapidly.The coupling and interaction effect is very obvious between the two systems,and it has been in a high-level coupling stage for a long time;the coupling and coordination degree of the two systems has been in the low-level coordination stage,but the coupling and coordination degree has been increasing year by year,and has developed from a severe imbalance stage to a mild imbalance stage.
