低温冲击疗法对跟骨骨折患者术前消肿镇痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察低温冲击疗法对跟骨骨折患者术前肿胀和疼痛的治疗效果。方法:随机选取2016年7月~2018年7月我院收治的跟骨骨折患者60例,采用SPSS 21.0将入组患者按先后序列号(1~60)随机分为观察组(低温冲击治疗+常规治疗)和对照组(仅常规治疗)各30例,统计分析两组VAS评分、肿胀程度和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后12h、1天、2天、3天,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后1天、2天、3天,观察组皮肤皱褶情况优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组踝周径差值和足周径差值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为10.00%,与对照组的6.67%差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:低温冲击疗法配合常规治疗对跟骨骨折患者术前早期消肿镇痛具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of hypothermia shock therapy on swelling of calcaneal fracture before operation.Methods:60 patients with calcaneal fracture admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly selected,and randomly divided into two groups according to the serial number(1~60)by SPSS 21.0.One group was treated with routine basic intervention combined with hypothermic shock treatment group(30 cases),the other group was treated with routine basic intervention group(30 cases).The VAS score,swelling degree and adverse events of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the VAS scores of patients in hypothermic shock group were significantly lower than those in conventional basic intervention group(P<0.05)at 12 hours,1 day,2 days and 3 days after treatment.1 day,2 days and 3 days after treatment,the skin wrinkles of patients in hypothermic shock group were significantly better than those in conventional basic intervention group(P<0.05).The difference of foot circumference and foot circumference were significantly higher than those of routine basic intervention group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in hypothermia shock group was 10.00%,which has no significant difference from 6.67%in routine basic intervention group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hypothermia shock therapy combined with routine basic intervention has good analgesic effect in early detumescence and analgesia of calcaneal fracture before operation,which is worthy of clinical application.
