摘  要:以聚降冰片烯(PNB)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混物为研究对象,研究了不同并用比对PVC/PNB共混物力学性能、动态力学性能、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)以及形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明,填充石蜡油PNB(简称PNR)的Tg降低,PVC和PNR脆断断面较为平整,当PNR/PVC=25/75时,出现了明显的海岛结构;随着PNR用量的增加,出现相反转;在PNR/PVC共混物中,因增塑油的迁移而出现了两个Tg外扩的现象;PNR/PVC=100/0的形状固定率、恢复率均比PNR/PVC=75/25的高,说明加入PVC在一定程度上削弱了PNR的形状记忆性能,但当PNR/PVC=75/25时,共混物具有较高的拉断伸长率和拉伸强度。The different PNB/PVC ratios on the mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical properties,glass transition,and shape memory properties of PVC/PNB blends were studied.The results showed that,the glass transition temperature of PNB filled with paraffin oil(abbreviated as PNR)was decreased,the brittle fractured sections of PVC and PNR were relatively smooth.When PNR/PVC=25/75,obvious island structure appeared,and phase reverse occured as the PNR content increased.In PNR/PVC blends,two glass transition temperature had occurred due to migration of plasticized oil.The PNR/PVC=100/0 shape fix rate and recovery rate were higher than those of PNR/PVC(75/25),indicating that the addition of PVC weakened the shape memory performance of PNR to some extent.However,when PNR/PVC=75/25,the blends had high elongation at break and tensile strength.
