摘 要:淋病奈瑟氏球菌是性传播感染的最常见病原菌之一,全世界每年8千多万例淋病病例。近年来淋病奈瑟氏球菌的多药耐药性菌株在全球范围内传播引起了越来越多的关注。由于抗生素治疗选择的局限性,迫切需要开发安全有效的淋病预防性或治疗性疫苗。由于淋病奈瑟氏球菌的菌体蛋白极其多变而缺乏感染后的保护性免疫应答以及缺乏理想的感染动物模型,使得淋病奈瑟菌疫苗的研发充满了挑战与失败。淋病奈瑟氏菌疫苗开发的最新进展显示了新的希望。一些新的疫苗抗原已在感染模型上表现有效。在此,我们回顾淋球菌疫苗研究的一些最新进展。Neisseria gonorrhoeae is one of the most common causes of sexually transmitted infections,with an estimated more than 100 million cases of gonorrhea each year worldwide.In recent years,N.gononhoeae has gained increasing attention because of the alarming rise in incidence and the widespread emergence of multidrug-resistant gonococcal strains.Due to the limited choice of antibiotic treatment,there is an urgent need to develop safe and effective preventive or therapeutic vaccines for gonorrhea.However,the high variability of Neisseria gonorrhoeae,as well as the lack of protective immune response and ideal animal models,make the development history of Neisseria gonorrhoeae vaccine full of challenges and failures.Encouragingly,some new vaccine candidate antigens have shown effectiveness in infection models.And some recent advances in the development of Neisseria gonorrhoeae vaccine have shown new hope.Here,we review some of the latest developments in gonococcal vaccine research.
