摘 要:随着人群免疫抑制剂的广泛使用、HIV/AIDS、肿瘤、糖尿病等发病率增高以及国际交往的日渐密切,各种真菌疾病的发生有日益增多趋势。传统的抗真菌药物已不足以解决层出不穷的真菌感染问题,尤其是侵袭性真菌病,迫切需要新的治疗方法。目前,围绕真菌疾病免疫疗法展开的基础实验研究和临床研究引发广泛期待和关注,尤其是疫苗方面的研究成果较多,但亦存不足或争议。笔者收集整理国内外真菌疫苗相关研究信息,主要归纳了常见的机会性致病菌、常见的致病菌以及地方性真菌的疫苗研究进展,并分析和展望临床应用前景。With the growing use of immunosuppressants in population,the HIV/AIDS pandemic and the rising population mobility around the world,the incidence of various fungal diseases has also increased.Traditional antifungal therapy can not afford to solve the fungal infections today,especially those invasive fungal infections,which needs new therapeutic strategies to deal with these problems urgently.At present,a variety of experimental researches and clinical trials on immunotherapy for fungal diseases have been carried out,especially on fungal vaccine.Based on the related literatures of fungal vaccines at home and abroad,this paper is going to review fungal vaccines from three aspects:common opportunistic fungi,common pathogenic fungi and endemic fungi,and makes a simple analysis and valuation of them.
