摘　　要：过敏原特异性免疫治疗(ASIT)是过敏症最有效和直接针对病因的疗法。随着大量研究的深入,ASIT的有效性、安全性及在过敏性疾病治疗中的地位得以重新评价。将过敏原提取液制成过敏原疫苗为相关疾病的防控带来了收益。ASIT在皮肤科可用于特应性皮炎、慢性荨麻疹、湿疹等过敏性皮肤病的防治。近年来,重组疫苗、肽类疫苗等新型疫苗的研发拓展了过敏原疫苗的应用,透皮、淋巴免疫治疗等新型给药途径有望提高患者依从性。本综述就近几年过敏原疫苗和ASIT的新进展作一概述。Allergen specific immunotherapy(A SIT)is the most effective and direct treatment for allergies.With the deepening of a large number of studies,the effectiveness,safety and status of ASIT in the treatment of allergic diseases have been reevaluated.The preparation of allergen vaccine from allergen extract brings benefits to the prevention and control of related allergic diseases.ASIT can be used in dermatology for the prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis,chronic urticaria,eczema and so on.In recent years,the development of recombinant vaccine,peptide vaccine and other new vaccines has expanded the application of allergen vaccine.New routes of administration such as epicutaneous and intralymphatic immunotherapy are expected to improve patients'compliance.This review summarizes the recent development of allergen vaccines and ASIT.
