摘 要:目的:筛选当归、侧柏叶、金银花、苦参4种中药复方最佳提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮含量和抑菌圈直径为指标,采用正交试验法,对提取工艺中乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数4个因素进行优选研究。结果:最佳提取工艺优选为:60%乙醇,料液比1∶10,提取2次,每次1 h。中药制剂A-84提取物中总黄酮含量为6.302%。结论:该提取工艺稳定可靠,所得黄酮提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌具有较好的抑菌活性。Objective: The objective was to screen the optimal extraction technology of compound traditional Chinese medicine,which is composed of Angelica sinensis, Platycladus orientalis, Lonicer japonica and Sophora flavescens. Methods:The content of total flavonoids and bacteriostatic circle diameter of extracts used as indexes and the four factors in the course of extraction such as the concentration and material-to-solvent ratio of ethanol, extractive time and extraction times were investigated through orthogonal experiment. Result:The optimal extraction process of compound traditional Chinese medicine was shown as follows: ethanol concentration is 60%,material/solvent ratio of 1∶10,extraction time 1 h for 2 times. The content of total flavonoids of ethanol extract from compound traditional Chinese medicine was up to 6.302%. Conclusion: The extraction method should be stable and reliable, Under above conditions, the extract of flavonoids have good antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
