摘　　要：为实现综采工作面胶带输送机不停机取料,采用气动缸和焊接钢架,在巷道填充位置自制安装一套气动式卸料器。该卸料器接入的压风管路作为气动源,可根据用料量随时安全运转。实践应用表明,该装置满足实际工作需要,可达到安全自动卸料的目的。In order to realize the belt conveyor in fully mechanized mining face without stopping to take material,pneumatic cylinder and welding steel frame are used to install a set of self-made pneumatic discharge device in the filling position of roadway,and by connecting the pressure air pipeline as the pneumatic source,it can operate safely at any time according to the amount of material used.The practical application shows that the device can meet the practical needs and achieve the purpose of safe and automatic discharge.
