摘　　要：采煤机滚筒截割性能对煤矿开采有着重要的影响,为了对采煤机滚筒进行优化,通过分析截齿与煤壁间的相互关系,研究不同截割角度下截齿的截割状态,同时给出了截割阻力随截割距离的变化规律及截割阻力随截割线速度的变化规律,为采煤机滚筒的优化提供一定的理论指导。The cutting performance of shearer drum has an important influence on coal mining.In order to optimize the shearer drum,the cutting state under different cutting angles is studied by analyzing the relationship between cutting teeth and coal wall.At the same time,the variation law of cutting resistance with cutting distance and cutting resistance with cutting line speed are given,which provides some theoretical guidance for the optimization of shearer drum.
