摘　　要：介绍了POWERCELL PDX数字式称重传感器的技术特点及工作原理,该数字式称重传感器采用数字动态加密,多重保护,确保电子汽车衡长期稳定、精确的测量,降低了设备故障率及维修费用。进一步对某公司二炼原料场30 t机械衡改造为100 t PDX数字式电子衡的改造应用及效果进行分析探讨。The technical characteristics and working principle of POWERCELL PDX digital weighing sensor are introduced. The digital weighing sensor adopts digital dynamic encryption and multiple protection to ensure the long-term stability and accurate measurement of electronic vehicle scale, and to reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost of equipment. The application and effect of the transformation of 30 t mechanical scale into 100 t PDX digital electronic scale in No.2 raw material yard of a company analyzed and discussed.
