摘 要:北辛窑矿针对2号煤层综采工作面在进行综采收尾通道施工及围岩维护时,出现施工周期长、速度慢、围岩维护效果差等技术难题,为了进一步提高综采收尾通道安全快速施工,决定对8102工作面工作面收尾通道进行优化,采用采煤机一次性割煤方式进行施工,并对收尾通道采用锚网索支护技术进行维护。通过实际应用分析,优化后收尾通道施工工艺减少了巷道掘进工程量,锚网索支护技术可有效对围岩进行维护,保证了围岩稳定性。In view of the technical problems of long construction period, slow speed and poor maintenance effect of surrounding rock in the construction of the end passage and surrounding rock of No.2 coal seam of Beixinyao Mine, in order to further improve the safe and fast construction of the end passage of fully mechanized coal mining, it is decided to optimize the end passage of 8102 working face, adopt the one-time coal cutting method of shearer to carry on the construction, and maintain the end passage with bolting mesh cable support technology.Through the practical application analysis, the optimized construction technology of the final tunnel reduces the amount of roadway excavation, and the bolting and mesh support technology can effectively maintain the surrounding rock and ensure the stability of the surrounding rock.
