摘　　要：MQT-130/2.7型气动锚杆钻机在煤矿井下巷道锚固支护施工中有广泛应用。针对该型号钻机在实际应用过程中马达无法提供足够动力、钻孔速度太慢、气腿推力不足等常见的故障进行了分析,明确了故障问题的主要原因,提出故障排除的维护措施,对于提升气动锚杆钻机运行可靠性具有一定的实践意义。MQT-130/2.7 pneumatic anchor drilling rig has been widely used in anchoring and supporting construction of underground mine roadways. Common faults in the actual application process of this model rig are analyzed, mainly including: the motor cannot provide enough power, the drilling speed is too slow, and the pneumatic leg thrust is insufficient. The main cause of the problem was clarified, and troubleshooting and maintenance measures were proposed. It has certain practical significance for improving the operational reliability of pneumatic anchor drilling rigs.
