摘　　要：针对煤矿井下锤式破碎机使用中经常出现故障的问题,分析了破碎机在使用中常见的锤头磨损与断裂、传动装置轴承故障、设备振动引起的基础和轴承座松动等故障,对存在的问题提出针对性的预防措施,以期对提升破碎机运行可靠性提供参考。Aiming at the problem of frequent faults in the use of underground crusher in coal mine, the common faults of hammer head wear and fracture, bearing fault of transmission device, foundation caused by vibration of equipment and loosening of bearing seat are analyzed. This research is of great practical significance to improve the reliability of crusher.
