强力皮带机安全防护现状分析及改进措施研究

摘　　要：为保障煤矿强力皮带机的安全稳定运行,基于潞安集团某矿强力皮带机运行现状,分析了强力皮带机存在的安全防护漏洞,阐明了现有的防护措施下依然存在大量的工人受伤事件,就设备在运转过程中表现出来的不稳定因素进行改进。通过改进原有防护罩、加装防护罩等方式对皮带机的滚筒、转动机构、护栏等位置提供了全方位的保护。通过改进之后的使用情况来看,不仅解决了设备伤人事件,而且为该矿区的安全稳定运行、获得良好经济效益提供了基础。In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of coal mine strong belt conveyor, based on the current operation status of a mine strong belt conveyor in Lu’an Group, this paper analyzes the existing safety protection loopholes of the strong belt conveyor, clarifies that there are still a large number of workers injured under the existing protective measures, and improves the unstable factors of the equipment during operation. By improving the original protective cover, installing protective cover and other ways to the belt conveyor drum, rotating mechanism, guardrail and other positions to provide all-round protection. According to the improved usage, not only the injury of equipment was solved, but also the safe and stable operation and good economic benefit were obtained in the mining area provides the basis.
