摘　　要：2019年12月,新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情在武汉地区爆发,迅速蔓延至全国。目前国外确诊病例快速增长,防控形势依然严峻。COVID-19属于中医学"瘟疫"范畴。中医药疗法取得了较好的前期临床观察效果。穴位刺激法在治疗肺系疾病,改善肺功能、呼吸困难、促进后期康复、提高患者生活质量等方面有确切疗效,有悠久的历史和深厚的理论基础,且操作简单、节省时间,避免有创操作,降低感染风险,在防治COVID-19的应用中具有较好的可操作性和可行性。本文以中医经络理论为基础,通过分析经络和疾病的关系以及穴位刺激的作用机制等方面,探讨穴位刺激法防治COVID-19的可行性方案。In December 2019, new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)broke out in Wuhan and quickly spread throughout the whole country. The epidemic situation is still severe. COVID-19 belongs to the category of "plague" in Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine therapy has achieved good preliminary clinical observations. The acupoint stimulation method has a definite effect in the treatment of pulmonary diseases, improvement of lung function, dyspnea, promotion of later rehabilitation, and improvement of patients’ quality of life. It has a long history and a deep theoretical foundation, and is simple to operate, saves time, and avoids invasiveness. It has good operability and feasibility in the treatment of COVID-19. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine meridian theory, this article analyzes the relationship between meridian and disease and the mechanism of acupoint stimulation, and explores the feasibility of acupoint stimulation method to prevent COVID-19.
