体外冲击波疗法治疗髌下脂肪垫炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察体外冲击波疗法(ESWT)治疗髌下脂肪垫炎的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年6月髌下脂肪垫炎患者88例,随机均分为试验组和对照组各44例。试验组给予每4~7天1次共4次的发散式体外冲击波疗法(rESWT),对照组给予每周3天(工作日隔天1次)共3周的推拿治疗,3周治疗后进行临床疗效评价,并在治疗前后给予美国膝关节协会评分(AKS评分)。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,两组患者的膝评分、功能评分均较治疗前显著升高(P <0.05),且试验组治疗后的膝评分、功能评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:rESWT治疗髌下脂肪垫炎疗效可观,优于单独推拿治疗,且省时,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe the effect of extracorporal shock wave tharepy(ESWT)on treatment of infrapatellar fat pad inflammation. Methods: From January 2018~ June 2019,88 patients with infrapatellar adipose paditis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,44 cases each. The experimental group was treated with divergent extracorporeal shock wave therapy(rESWT)once every 4~7 days, the control group was treated with massage for 3 weeks(once every other day of working day), the clinical efficacy was evaluated after 3 weeks of treatment, and the American Knee Association score(AKS score)was given before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). after treatment, the knee score and function score of the two groups were significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the knee score and function score of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P < 0.05), and the knee score and function score of the test group after treatment were significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions: The effect of rESWT on infrapatellar fat pad inflammation is considerable, which is superior to massage alone and time-saving. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
