摘 要:采用超声辅助Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),采用机械共混法,辅以化学还原法制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/石墨烯(RGO)复合材料,对有关产物进行了表征和测试。结果表明:适量引入RGO可有效改善PVA的力学性能、热稳定性和导电性能,当RGO质量分数为1.5%时,PVA/RGO抗拉伸强度达45.2 MPa,比PVA提高了27%,电导率比PVA提高了6个数量级;当RGO质量分数为2.0%时,PVA/RGO玻璃化温度达到85.6℃,比PVA提高了8.0℃。The graphene oxide(GO)was prepared by the ultrasound-assisted Hummers method,Then the composites of PVA/RGO were prepared through mechanical blending and chemical reduction.The composites were characterized and tested.The results showed that,introduction of proper RGO could effectively improve the mechanical properties,thermal stability,and conductivity of PVA.Tensile strength of PVA/RGO was 45.2 MPa,27%higher than that of PVA,and conductivity of PVA/RGO was six orders of magnitude higher than PVA,when mass fraction of RGO was 1.5%.Glass transition temperature of PVA/RGO was 85.6℃,which was 8.0℃higher than that of PVA when mass fraction of RGO was 2.0%.
