摘　　要：通过改造温度控制阀安装水管路,在管路背面开孔,可以不拆卸温度控制阀,单独将冷却水放掉,完成更换失效的感温元件。解决了电传动内燃机车温度控制阀检修不便的问题,提高了检修效率,减轻了职工劳动强度。Through the modification of temperature control valve installation pipeline,opening a hole in the back of the pipeline with no need to remove the temperature control valve,the cooling water can be released separately to complete the replacement of the failed temperature sensor.It solves the problem of inconvenient maintenance of temperature control valve of diesel-electric locomotive,improves maintenance efficiency and reduces labor intensity of workers.
